We recently bought a vacation home in East Hampton and chose Best Built to help us renovate the house from top to bottom. We have finished phase 1 of the renovations which included painting of the entire exterior and interior of the house and refinishing of the basement floors and ceilings. Josh and his team have been great to work with. Not only have they completed each job quickly (they even worked on Christmas day) and professionally, but Josh was nice enough to send us pictures of the progress on a regular basis since we were not there every day to see for ourselves. We have even depended on Josh for emergency fixes, including plumbing and heating issues and we trust him to take care of our house while we are away. Phase 2 will include major exterior renovations and we are excited to have Best Built work on that with us too. Josh and his team are dependable, honest and hard-working, and I have no reservations in recommending them for your renovation job.

I had Joshua come by to give me an estimate on some siding that I discovered had been damaged. In the meantime, it started raining and a skylight in my den started leaking real bad. I called Joshua back and asked him to come look at the skylight and give me an estimate. He was there the next day and fixed the skylight the day after that. He and his crew worked hard as apparently the skylights were not really installed properly to begin wih. He is honest and obviously proud of his work. I will continue to call Joshua whenever I can. Oh yea, he even offered to come by during the rain and tarp the roof for me to stop the leak. He offered this even before knowing I was going to use him for the work!

Joshua and crew came to my rescue. I had front and back decks redone with composite decking and vinyl railings. The previous contractor took 3 month to do the job but didnt complete the work even though I paid him and disappeared . Joshua was willing to take over the job and made a masterpiece out of someone elses mess. He deligently worked on redoing improving and adding to make this into a spectacular piece of workmanship. He may seem to be young but is honest reliable and extremely capable. A man of his word and an unusual craftsman. He listens to the homeowner and brainstorms to give you an outstanding outcome. I obviously highly recommend him and know he will be extremely successful. Get him before he will be too busy. Thank you Joshua

We met Josh and his crew a month ago. We had them install hardwood flooring on second level of our home as well as new hardwood stairs. We were so impressed with there craftsmanship, friendliness and work ethic that we continued to use them to paint our house and install moulding throughout. We will never use another contractor again! Best Built Construction is the only number we will ever need!
