To insure your homes longevity, you shuold inspect your roof and gutters every 4-6 months. When you walk around your home and inspect your roof, look for any missing shingles, popped up shingles, or even debris that have fallen on your roof. Roof inspections can save you hundreds and in some cases thousands of dollars in repairing or having to have a full roof done. Also gutters are a main sourse of water entering in a home. Make sure every 4-6 months your gutters are inspected and cleaned if needed. If there are alot of trees over your home, inspect your gutters every 3-4 months to insure they are flowing properly away from your home instead of in your home.
